Review: We park our car at the MPG garage on [redacted]. In March 2013 while our car was in their possession, they damaged the rear bumper of the car. As requested we received two estimates from official car dealerships and submitted to the claims department. After 7 months of waiting we were finally informed that they would not repair the damages on our terms but either with a local dealership or process through our own car insurance.
WE refused to do either because it would effect our insurance.Desired Settlement: We would like for our vehicle to be fixed with original paint and service as it was when we put it in the possession of the garage.
Review: Parked car in parking facility, when I went to retrieve my car, the attendant was rude and later told me that he couldn't because they another car parked in front but they didn't have the key for the car. He was rude, and made little attempt to move the car or search for the key. Finally after 15 minutes waiting he called his boss. Waited another 30 minutes outside in the COLD! (around midnight), and luckily the owner of the other car came who happened to have the key. Suppose the owner didn't come, or decided to leave the car overnight?
Parking my car at a garage, I expect to have my car when I return and not be stranded in the cold.Desired Settlement: I would like a written apology and a full refund of the $35 in cash
