Hello That refund check was mailed yesterday, Feb So sorry for the delay

To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] is upset that we won't return any of her calls After checking with my people, I found that we did answer her question...but she was not pleased with the answer so she continued to call over and over again After a few calls, we decided there was nothing else we could do for her.I believe she is upset that she was not aware that fine silver flatware should never be put in the dishwasher And by doing this, she damaged some of the knives again I can assure you that we repaired her knives properly the first time...just as she ordered the service...but were never asked about the future care of the knives.I'm sorry this has happened But it is the customer's responsibility to know how to take care of her property...not ours.We will not refund any of her money But if she would like the ones she re-damaged to be repaired, we will be glad to do it for 50% Off the regular price All she needs to do is send them, along with a copy of this message and her name, shipping address and email address, to:Silver Restoration Events by Bron-Shoe...Attn: RKaynes - Personal[redacted] ***I will then email her with the 50% Off price and she can pay for the repairs with a credit card.I'm sorry she had to discover this in such an expensive way Regretfully,Robert K [redacted] Pres & CEO
