Review: On june [redacted] I parking my car in the parking garage. I pulled in at around 8:10am and I arrived to pick up my car at 8:00pm that same day. The parking attendant pulled out my car and hit something which caused my tire to blow out. He didn't speak any english and could not communicate with me. I had no choice to leave my car until I spoke with a manager first thing in the morning who speaks english. I had to take a cab home and lost a day of work the following day June [redacted]. After several calls to the parking garage and the corporate office they agreed to pay for my tire damage and get me a new tire. Fair enough! however they said I have to pay $40. I was confused- I said what is this $40 charge for they said because I left my car overnight June [redacted] to the [redacted]. I said I left it there because I could not drive on 3 tires??? And it was due to there negligence. How am I being charged for keeping my car overnight when I didn't leave it intentionally they damaged it- making me to take a cab home and they needed to repair it in the morning. They threatened not to give me my car back the [redacted] name is [redacted] and these threats caused emotional distress to me.Desired Settlement: Refund my $40
