He promised to complete all repairs by the end of September, it is now October *, and he has not called me to explain why he hasn't made repairs yet. I am so sorry for the delay we have been caught up on a real big project that set us way back, I do have the flooring material for the basement and am willing to get right over there at the beginning of the week to install and start the rest of the project. Again we do apologize for the...

inconvenience and wi we have caused and will do whatever it takes to make things right.

Review: Siding was not completed correctly, windows were not insulated on inside and doubt that they received waterproof protection on the outside, ceiling on front porch keeps falling down, hole's throughout siding leaving house vulnerable for insect and water damage, discharge on water softener froze, fascia keeps coming undone by rooftop.Desired Settlement: Re-install windows with waterproof barrier and flashing on outside; properly install J-channel under the windows, install undersill trim, insulation on inside, replace trim, properly install siding around windows and vents, close up all gaps in siding to avoid water /insect damage, close up hole by new outside wall, where water /snow is seeping into new room MPH built, correctly install ceiling on outside porch (keeps dropping down), fix fascia by rooftop (it buckles and opens for water/insect), close gaps in all soffits so insects/birds won't get inside, fix bathroom vent with proper siding protection (I am currently working on new bee's nest behind siding due to gap).

Response:

Hello and so sorry for the issues you may be having, Its been a little over 2 years since the install and materials do tend to shift our pop loose over time which is why I give a 10 year warranty to resolve whatever it is thats wrong. As for oversize gaps that bees get into the product does call for a 1/4'' gap for expansion and contraction it must of been cut a little larger but will make the repair so you will not have to worry about the pests again. I am shocked to here that there was no insulation on the windows being it was very cold when we did the install and I know I had the material there for them, I'M assuming that it was an oversight on one of the units but we will gladly come back remove the trim and inspect each and every one. As for the water proofing at the exterior that was installed being I looked threw my photos of the construction phase and saw the protect o wrap tape applied properly which I will be more then happy to show you when I come to the house. We want to keep you as happy as possible as you have been a great customer who has got us allot of work from us referring potential customers to you for a review and want to keep it that way. We look forward to serving you in the future for any of your construction needs. We do appreciate the feedback on your issue as this will just make us more alert for future jobs, will be in touch to take care of the repairs. Best Regards, [redacted]

Sincerely,

Review: This tile repair project was supposed to start in Feb but did not start til middle of march. When tile in shower was repaired, they removed frameless shower door. When tile was completed, Frameless shower door was re installed incorrectly. Shower door was supposed to be even and sleek looking on the top, with a slight lip on the bottom. In addition, it was supposed to open by pulling in or pushing out. When they re installed door they made the bottom even which made the top uneven. They failed to communicate this to us. Instead they inserted a clear flap on the top to make it look even. In addition, inserted a flap on corner which prevented the door to be pulled in. I did not notice all of this until after I payed. I also noticed my toilet seat was all scratched up from them standing on it. When I contacted him, he told me they would fix door and replace seat. When they removed the door to fix it, they chipped the tempered glass door. They told me they were going to see if glass store would even the chip. Of course the glass stores told them no, you cannot cut tempered glass and was lucky it did not shatter. They reinstalled my damaged door and said they were ordering a new tempered glass door. In addition, in order for the door to be even on top they had to remove brackets and reinstall. There is now a visible hole in tile. They also said they would fix this. He advised me that it would take a week or two for the door to be finished. with this new door he ordered he was getting hard water repellant put on.. I told him I would pay extra for him to get it also put on other side of door. I have been continuously contacting him asking when this job will be completed. On May [redacted], he told me he would come by the following Monday to pick up other panel to get treated, he never came. I contacted him and he replied the following week stating he had a busy week he would be there Wednesday. He never came and called me Thursday saying he would by in an hour. I was not around Thursday, nor was he supposed to come Thursday. I reached out to him a few times after that and he has not responded. My last email to him was on June [redacted] and I still have not received a response. So I still have a damaged door, toilet seat and hole in my tile.Desired Settlement: Have glass door company reinstall door correctly and he can repair tile and replace toilet seat.
