Review: MPK KITCHENS WAS TO PROVIDE OUR COMPANY WITH DROP SHIP SERVICES. [redacted] CHARGED THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS, AND MPK KITCHENS WAS PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND SHIPPING COST UPFRONT. HOWEVER MPK KITCHENS WILL NOT SEND PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS HAVE NOW DISPUTED THE TRANSACTIONS ON THERE CREDIT CARDS AND OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE OF THIS.Desired Settlement: WE EXPECT A REFUND FOR THE PAYMENT THAT WAS ISSUED, AS THE GOODS WERE NOT DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Review: Placed order # [redacted] for 3 new kitchen cabinets and 24 replacement cabinet doors on 10/31. Cabinets shipped on time, doors never shipped. As of 11/25 MPK owner [redacted] no longer returns calls or e-mails. Last e-mail was that they'd shipped and he get me tracking #. His employee [redacted] said he and [redacted] in shipping were off for the week. As of 12/02 the MPK web site (and all affiliated cos.) is down. Given that UPS and FedEx have no record of anything in transit to me from MPK, that 1w transit time from CA to NYC has passed and nothing has been delivered, and nobody is picking up the phone (including [redacted] mobile #) or responding to e-mails... it seems like MPK has skipped town w/my $ or cabinet doors.Desired Settlement: Preferably ship the doors as they said they did (but it's been 1w and they haven't arrived) or refund $.

Review: Ordered two cabinet doors on 11-22-13 for $283.70. Estimated delivery was 2-3 weeks. No doors & no info. Multiple phone calls & emails not returned. Filed complaint with [redacted]. They sent to letters, but no response from MPK Kitchens. Received email from business owner [redacted] stating would send order when payment received. Sent copy of cancelled check showing payment. Received email that had gotten payment, but due to internal issues order not yet shipped. More emails & unreturned phone calls. More than one request for a refund. Contacted Federal Trade Commission & received email from Mr. [redacted] on Feb. 3 stating he did not know what happened to my order, but would either send the merchandise or a refund. No further response to phone calls or emails since that time. Obviously not a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned as product not delivered. No longer want merchandise.

Review: I purchased a set of Mill's Pride "Carlton Wall cabinet doors 27x42" in November 2014. I was informed that there would be a few weeks delay in the delivery.We are now in the first week of March 2015,and still no delivery of the replacement doors and no response to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement doors that I purchased or a refund without any further delay.

Review: Per my discussion with Mills Pride Kitchens, LLC, they create replacement cabinet doors for the Mills Pride cabinet line previously distributed through Home Depot. I had ordered two (2) replacement cabinet doors in a standard design and finish (Kensington Arch design, Harvest Maple finish). The cabinet doors took approximately 3 weeks to complete and ship. Upon receiving, the new cabinet door did not match the finish of my existing cabinets, one of the doors had a large crack in it and there was substantial wood putty 'fill' used in the assembly. I took pictures documenting the issues and notified Mills Pride Kitchens, LLC. They were willing to repair and refinish the doors to match. After shipping the doors back it took approximately one (1) month to receive the same doors, repaired and refinished. The repaired crack seems to be sufficient but the refinishing was done so poorly the doors are no where close to the same color of my cabinets, there are droplets of stain on the doors and the stain was smeared on against the grain of the wood (looks horrible). Again I documented with pictures and notified Mills Pride Kitchens, LLC. Unfortunately they have stopped returning my emails and do not appear to be willing to refund the purchase as requested. At this point I no longer want to deal with Mills Pride Kitchens, LLC and will find a local cabinet maker to construct the replacement cabinet doors. Review: Company was recommended by [redacted], to make a replacement cabinet door by Mills Pride. Mailed check in in the amount of $134.95. Check was cashed on 8/28/13. Have received no cabinets and a lot of excuses. I have asked for a refund. but haven't heard from them. I continuously call, they have excuses upon excuses for their delay in sending cabinet. I asked for refund, still haven't received that.Today I called again, there number is not a working number. I tried the other telephone number (###-###-#### from their webpage) still no response.Desired Settlement: Just a refund of $134.95.
