Ordered swimsuit on 5/22/ Expected delivery was within one week Did not deliver Only method to contact them is via an email link on their website Took four days to respond and was told they were behind and it would be two weeks A week after they "two week" mark we contact again and received a curt response about back orders Requested a refund as had not received the swimsuit and they will not respond Filed a dispute with credit card and filing small claims suit against them for fraud Avoid at all cost We were more than understanding but I honestly believe they are trying to run with the money now Phone number on Revdex.com website is a burner number

I have been waiting for over two months to get me swimsuit I have called at least times and left multiple voicemails and only got email response back in December saying that it can take up to weeks due to the holiday It is now over a month later and still have not received anythingI told them in a voicemail and email that I either need my swimsuits or I need my money back And I have not heard backCan someone help?

Love their products, they're cute and so far the only bikini company I have seen with the idea to have cutouts that tan cute shapes on yourselfKind of expensive, but again they're so cute and not bad qualitySome of the styles do run a bit small so maybe get a size up, not a big dealThe only problem I have with this company is that they don't give you a shipping date estimate and no tracking info so you basically just wait for a package to randomly arrive, which can be rather frustrating if you're not always homeAlso the shipping does take quite long and I'm not even outside of the USI can order other packages from different companies on the same day I order from mprint and receive those packages way beforeOther than the shipping though, I do really love the products and will continue to be a customer because the good most definitely outweighs any bad :)

I ordered several items at the beginning of Nov At the beginning of Jan, I emailed customer service to check on an estimated delivery date and did not get any response I emailed several times over the next few weeks with no response again Finally, I received an email that said I'd been issued a refund on one swimsuit top and that the other items had shipped When they never arrived, I emailed the company again to ask why I was refunded and when to expect the package Again no response Our order finally arrived after two monthsI still have no idea why we didn't receive the swimsuit top and were only refunded half its price I will never again purchase anything from this company, and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same Please check their Facebook and instagram pages for the MANY other complaint comments from dissatisfied customers

I ordered swimwear from this company on May 25, and was charged $ I still have not received my order (it is now Aug 29, 2016) I have sent emails asking for them to reimburse me The phone number next to the charge on my credit card statement has been disconnected

Takes over a month to receive orders. Order placed on 11/29 and receive 12/26. Company does not return phone calls or emails when checking on status of order placed. Then tells me I didn't pick faster shipping. Worst customer service.

I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter and received it fairly quickly. It did not fit properly, so I sent an email about a return. The company said no problem, to send it back. It was sent back and 2 months later I still have not received a credit. There is virtually no communication. They don't answer any emails. Their customer service is absolutely awful!!! And I'm out $50!!

I ordered a bikini bottom more than about a month ago and have received nothing but a receipt. I've emailed several times trying to contact anyone is this business and nothing has been done. I was extremely excited as I think it's a wonderful idea but they were not prepared nor committed to solve this problem.

Been waiting one month for my order, no response to emails, phone # says voicemail hasn't been set up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Big scam as far as I can tell... They are probably making a ton of money off instagram ads getting young girls to buy their products and not delivering them. AVOID!

I too have a complaint on this company: We ordered in May; it is now August and swim season is nearly over and I have not received my daughter's swimsuit. It appears that this company is a sham and only takes money without sending the product! I have had no luck with the phone numbers or email; next stop the Revdex.com!

Review: My daughter purchased a bikini bottom which was too small. She needs a larger size and would like to return. We emailed Mprint Swimwear multiple times at which to no response. It's been over a week. No direct phone number either? Not professional at all. Lesson learned.

Review: I've ordered my swimsuit bottoms on February 5th, and this business claims that orders to the United States will be delivered within a week. I've messaged this business due to them not having a phone number, commented on their social media, and still haven't gotten any responses. I am extremely upset, because I ordered these swimsuit bottoms in hopes of getting them before my cruise. This is just ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service, I think this company is a scam. How dare they take my money out of my bank account, and not send my bathing suit bottoms?Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. At this point I am just frustrated and want this company and their owners to be completely shut down.
