Review: The MPS van hit my new car. While it was parked in front of my home. Owner didn't want to give me insurance information, he told me he would take care of it himself. $2200 of damage was done. Two estimates were drop of at his home. When I would call to make arrangements to get the car repaired, he always said he was waiting on payments from clients...to be patient! Well, now it has been 1 year and my patience has run out! He doesn't return my calls and refuses to make good on his promise, funny thing is I have known Frank for 40 years....if this is how he treats a friend...imagine how he takes care of his clients. He should do the right thing and make good on "his" promise to take care of the repair. The car is leased!! It needs to be done before it goes back!!Desired Settlement: Repair the damage done to my car or give me car insurance information so my insurance agent can file a claim to get it repaired.
