I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.A $reimbursement for the truck rental is much appreciatedDo you know how this will be processed?

I am rejecting this response because:
I am sending the full report that the Attorney general has helped sum up which should be self explanatory to why I reject his comments. I am pursuing with other government agencies that clearly outline the deception, unprofessionalsm of their representatives, and dishonesty that consumers need to be made of aware of about this shady dealing done to me by the Representatives of Beltman/North American moving company

Even with roof off, the unit was too big to get in the truck and safely transport.  It would have needed to be tipped on its side and damage to the unit would have occurred. the unit needed to be broken down "IN ADVANCE" of the movers being there for us to transport.IN an effort to make this right, Beltmann is willing to refund $100.00 of the move price to help offset the rental of the pickup that you incurred and also the miscommunication between rep and customer.

The customer was told by the sales representative that the unit had to be broken down so it could be moved. The customer did not break it down to the level that was explained to the customer by the sales rep. We did not have the ability to move the playhouse as assembled the following day of the...

main move. We did return and move the items that were disassembled ( swing arm and swing ) along with the riding mower and a few other items that didn't fit on the truck from the previous day.We told the customer he would have to break it down to a manageable level or he would have to call a 3rd party to disassemble and move it.

Please read the customers complaint. the majority of the comments are from the clock company. The customers viewpoint and complaint starts at: Beltman company's Representative, Lizzie [redacted], Customer Care Administrator, has denied our insurance claim for the grandfather clock repairs that were...

damaged in moving Ms [redacted] has taken upon herself to blame me for breaking the clock in advance to it being moving and discrediting Clock Depot's report of what caused the damage to the clock. She somehow has determined that the clock was not shaken or improperly moved which caused the damage based on no facts, just her assumption.We are not discrediting the clock company, I have called and left a message with the company and spoke to Coleen, she was going to have Dan call me back, I have not heard from them. In addition, we have not blamed Mr. [redacted] for damaging the clock, we would not know of anything Mr. [redacted] did to the clock prior to movement.  The clock was not serviced by Beltmann, we did not handle anything with the internal workings. The clock company clearly states that the cabinet has no external damage, It is Dan's"assumption" that it must have been shaken.  In addition, Dan states that " It also has an appearance of not being packed properly prior to the move"  Lack of damage to the external cabinet and not being serviced by Beltmann illustrates that the clock was not dropped and Beltmann's lack of accountability for the clock condition.In a effort to resolve this issue I have tried to work with Mr. [redacted]; I have offered him $650.00 which is more than fair considering the lack of physical damage to the clock.   Mike [redacted]
