Review: On Sat. Aug. 9th I attended the [redacted] and purchased a $135 faux leather backpack from MPulse Boutique vendor, [redacted] owner. Upon returning to my hotel, I notice the woven backpack was missing some crystal stones and some of the woven area was coming undone. I returned to the festival the next day & returned the product to [redacted], she said she was seeing that vendor in the upcoming week and would replace the product & if that wasn't an option she would return my money. I returned home that Monday and began reaching out to [redacted] for update on my product and/or refund. Between her voicemail being full and just being non-responsive I didn't speak directly to [redacted] until mid-September. Her excuse at this point for not making good was relative deaths in her family (please) Further on Sept. 20th she texted me she was overnighting my refund check. Today Fri., Oct. 17th, I have no backpack and no refund. I have attended the Richmond Jazz Festival for 3 consecutive years and have purchased from various vendors with great results. [redacted] shouldn't be permitted to be a vendor if this is how she runs her business. The organizers of the event work very hard to present a quality event and this kind of behavior is the opposite of what the event represents. MPulse Boutique--steer clear and tell everyone you know to steer clear of it and [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and this vendor prohibited from participating in next year's Richmond Jazz Festival if not banned from the event altogether as a vendor.
