After having the system that I purchased from Jared for a month, he requested, and I foolishly gave him a positive review A countless number of problems with the system followed and most of them were never resolvedOn Jared's recommendation, I installed windows and started receiving errors messages After several attempts to correct the issue, he recommended that switching back to windows Upon doing so, the error messages continued The Microsoft Office that Jared promised would be a feature of the system has never worked properly I continue to see a window that states "This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated." It took months of repeatedly emailing and calling him to get him to send a jump drive to correct this problem After receiving the jump drive and following his instructions, it didn't correct the issue To my chagrin, I paid over $2,for this system and it functions like its worth $ Regardless of how big or small your company is, I must strongly warn anyone to avoid doing business with someone who doesn't treat you like your their first customer
