Contracted this business for photos and video of my daughter's wedding. The wedding took place on 6/14/2019. Did not receive photos until late August. Have never received video. I paid $2200 for both services. Business does not return communications.
The business has advised the Revdex.com that the consumer received 50% of the product in August 2019. A video was emailed to the consumer on 2/19/2020, the business has not received a response on that video from the consumer. An additional and final video will be sent to the consumer today, 2/26/2020, via email. The business will be denying a refund since video and photographs have been delivered.
