I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThe initial person I spoke with did not handle the situation well at all It is unfortunate that the complaint was necessary to reach resolution

Our technician, who is not an owner, has explained that following the pump repair, the bearings went out and customer would need additional repair We have refunded the repair cost as a customer service We are customer focused and want our customers to be happy This was an unforeseen occurrence and we apologize for the customers inconvenience

The response from MrAppliance is not an accurate portrayal of what transpired.The quote provided to me prior to the repair was for a gear assembly package It turned out that it was NOT needed and therefore WAS NOT INSTALLED.I was never given a quote for a drain plug and I question whether a new drain plug was installedI never saw the old plug.I told the office manager that I felt I was over-charged $for the reasons mentioned aboveAt NO TIME did I "demand" $nor did I" threaten" to contact the Revdex.com.She denied my request for a refund I responded, "You do what you have to do and I'll do what I have to do."

This customer was provided a quote prior to the repair that included a part and labor, customer approved the repair at that time and then technician installed the part as well as defrosted his refrigerator as part of the repair. Following the completion of the repair the customer called
our office and demanded $off or he would report us to the Revdex.com. At that time, I explained to the customer that if he did not approve the repair quote, we would not have proceeded and done the job. Customer was very upset and again threatened with turning us into the Revdex.com. This is why we always provide a quote prior to any repair. Customer was dealt with in a professional manner and at no time was he told "too bad", our focus is quality service and treating others as we would like to be treated

This is not our practice to refund any money for a job that was completed with the approval of the customer, however with exception we will honor his request for the Goodwill of our company. The customer was upset with the time involved with the repair, for the Tech has been in the business for many years and did the job in a timely manner. And if the Tech quoted for the repair for the gear case, the customer referred to,on this job, it  would of been a completely different price. We hope this customer is happy with his refund, and his repaired Refrigerator.Best Regards,Mr. Appliance of Central Ohio

Could we go against the people who owned this business at that time this service was provided.
