Mr. Appliance of Central Piedmont

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received by a repair company. We were given two different dates that the service was supposed to be rendered and both were a no show. It has been one month since the first call and the problem is still not fixed. The company does not return calls in a timely manner and when they do they are empty promises. I would never refer this company to anyone.
