OUTSTANDING Service!!! I was able to make a same-day appointment. The technician was there so fast, I wasn't able to complete my shower! The tech, [redacted] was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He allowed me to pick his brain. Now, I had done my research as to possible solutions to the problem with my washer machine. So once he diagnosed the problem and quoted me the price,I knew he was pulling my leg! Great customer service. Mr. Appliance has earned confidence, respect, and my "Go-To" small appliance technician!
