Correction  of the customers name from [redacted] to [redacted].  My apologies.

While we feel that we provided proof of their authorization for the repair of both appliances, we have already refunded Mr [redacted] the $227.70 to his credit card.  This credit was issued last week.  Since Mr [redacted] listed this as his requested resolution, we feel that this should resolve...
