Mr. Appliance installed the dishwasher I purchased. The technicians were incredibly nice and they even noticed, and fixed, a minor issue with our garbage disposal at no extra charge!
Be warned they charge the $100 service fee every time they come out. As an example our neighbor and myself scheduled with them to repair refrigerators so they could make one trip and visit two customers. They charged us both the $100 service charge for the initial visit to evaluate the problem and then $100 again to come out and make the repair. So $400 total
Every experience I have had with Mr. Appliance has been extremely positive. I think the people that have said negative things about too long of wait times have been using warranty companies and it is the warranty company's fault that there has been a long lag time in getting an appliance fixed. Every single time I have used Mr. Appliance, my appliance has been fixed very fast and I am completely satisfied with their work. AWESOME local company!!!!
Very prompt and professional repair on my large refrigerator, only 4 or 5 years old, which quit cooling. He found it had lost all coolant thru a small copper line leak. The Mr. Appl. technician was proficient in diagnosing and repair of "sealed systems" (I learned what it is called). Had to remove the compressor, locate the leak, repair the leaking line, purge and recharge system, and had it cooling again like new in a couple hours. So glad to have my 'fridge running again!
