I love how they sent a picture of the technician before he came out and a hour time window so I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for himHe put shoe covers on so as to not make a mess when he was in my homeWhen the repair was done he told me the repair is guaranteed for year - can't beat that!

They have shady business practicesWe had a technician, Michael, come out to look at our LG refrigeratorAfter shining the light at the back panel of the fridge he gave me the diagnosis of a Freon leak and quoted me to replace the entire closed systemWorking it the HVAC field I know this was off and asked him if he needed to check the Freon level first and he said that it is a common LG issue and the compressor was hot so with my system not cooling it had to be a Freon leakI was telling one of the HVAC techs I work with about it and he told me that that wasn't the case and he could come by and check my system for meWhen He came to check my system he showed me the Freon level and the tag on the fridge showing what that Freon level should be and they matchedhe then figured out that the compressor was not pumping Freon through and that is what needed to be replacedWhen I called MRAppliance the next morning and asked to talk to the service manager they had the tech, Michael, call pretending to be the service manager and told me he would have to talk to the managers who were out of town and the tech and find out what happenedMy husband and I called the following Monday and was told that the managers were out of country and wouldn't be back till the end of the weekWe finally got a call back from a guy named Brad who told my husband and I that the tech is telling him he took the fridge apart and checked everything and then told us that LG requires them to replace the entire closed system if the compressor is badI called LG afterwards and talked to Ren who told my that if the compressor was bad that is all they would authorized to be replacedThis company has lied several times to us and I do not recommend doing business with them

Contacted this business for a price quote to repair a hose on my washing machine Was told that there was a $come out and look at machine (Diagnostic fee) If we decide not to have the machine repaired we still pay the $fee I was thorough and asked several other questions The cost was to be $plus parts When they arrived they quoted us a fee of $ Diagnostic fee, plus part cost of more than $(for a hose!) Then a $labor fee! This is a total rip off company When I contacted them again about the cost of course, no one in charge is available to talk about the cost "They will call you and did not." Also, now I pay $or the $261.69! The service guy offered a $couponI would have never had them come out if they had told me they had a $labor fee By the way they say the labor fee is $if they are there one hour or three hours! Just a rip off cost! This is a bait and switch operation with a hidden labor fee which is just price gouging
