The original call was for appliances, dishwasher and washerWe went to the ***'s house times because he insisted we come repair
the dishwasher which parts arrived firstThe original complaint was that the dishwasher was not drainingWe installed a drain pump, verified it was working and left(While this is against our standard procedure to do one at a time, we accommodated him.) The customers wife admitted upon our call back, to stopping the cycles in the middle which more than likely is what burned out the dishwasher control boardWe bid a new control board, which he refused to pay for and wanted a full refundWe agreed and requested our part back, he refused and stopped payment on his checkThe washer parts were on backorder (a fact that he was aware of and updated twice on the arrival status)When the washer part arrived we installed, tested and never heard there was any problem with the washerThis was an over job for both appliances and we have only received $If Mr*** will return our parts we will happily refund his $

I am the owner of the business. The original complaint from Mrs. [redacted] and the complaint was that the ice did not fall into the bin. We replaced the bin and waited until we heard ice fall into the bin. They paid us. We got a call a couple of days later from Mrs. [redacted] and she said the ice was not...

coming out of the outside dispenser. They added a complaint. We had not looked at or worked on the outside dispenser. [redacted] went out and removed the ice bucket we had put in and removed a panel so that he could see what the problem was. He saw that there was no auger motor to push the ice out of the dispenser. Their problem is the outside dispenser. We had been hired to work on the inside dispenser and had never touched the outside dispenser. Mr. [redacted] took the phone from his wife and was very rude to our customer service people and accused us of stealing 19 parts from his refrigerator. We did not take any parts from the refrigerator. We have given them a full refund on the $544.23 on 01/14/16 and Mrs. [redacted] said that was fine.

The customer was given a 100% complete refund within 10 minutes of his phone call. It was processed on his Visa card at 1pm August 25, 2016. I have the transaction ID. The minute he called he was refunded his money in full. Every resolution including free resolutions to the customer was unacceptable...

to him. We offered to come back of free and also told him we would do the labor for free, and those options were all unacceptable to him. It was four day from the initial visit to parts install. We have given him a full refund and there is nothing left to refund in this matter.
