Alterations are a curtesy we offer, customers are welcome to do their homework and bring the gowns elsewhere. [redacted]'s alterations came to $450 cups and bustles seperate. On Friday September **,2017 [redacted] contacted Fantasia. I returned her call within the hour and set up a date to meet. I have all paperwork and I told her  if she had receipts equaling $800 to please bring them. She never called nor showed. As for your sister, I did call to check on her and was present at her pick up as well as others in your bridal party. I am sorry you for blood on your dress, as I told you, if I saw it I would have personally used peroxide to remove it for you.  Fantasia Bridal and myself, for that matter have an upstanding reputation among our bridal peers, community and customers. That is how I know you were dragging my name down to disgruntled ex-employees and to those who will listen.
