Every effort was made to facilitate a timely repair of this customer's appliance. Mr. Appliance received this work order on 18 Dec 15. The first repair visit was on 29 Dec 15. During that visit the technician determined that the incoming power supply, from the home's power outlet to the range,...

was defective. The Customer was advised to have an electrician repair the household power deficiency and to contact Mr. Appliance to address the range repair once household power issue is resolved.Once contacted, following resolution of power issue, the range was inspected and defective parts identified and ordered. Unfortunately one of the new parts arrived was defective out of the box. At that point the resolution of the multiple problems with this range was only partially repaired (i.e. all burners worked, but the display remained defective. A replacement display was subsequently ordered and upon installation on 12 Feb 16 the range was fully operational.It is very unfortunate that job took as long as it did. However, there were unusual circumstances as I identified. Mr. Appliance do our very best to perform our services in a timely and accurate manner and are never pleased when customers expectations are not met. Final result as of 12 Feb 16 is that this appliance is fully operational.
