To start I never ever leave bad reviews, but I must in this caseI would give zero stars if I couldThe worst customer service I have ever dealt withI set am appointment through *** for my machine purchased thereWhen called by them and told I need a proof of purchase (even though *** set the appointment for me ) I explained to Doug I didn't have it, he told me " find someone willing to work for free"He told me he was canceling my appointmentI then called *** who promptly sent me a new copy of my receipt and reset the appointmentI waited all morning for the repairman to come, I called and asked, Doug called me back and left a very very rude voicemail (let me know I will play it for you) telling me that since I didn't have a receipt he declined my appointmentI called corporate and asked them to have Doug call me backNo callI called back to let him know that on Monday *** had the receipt and that's why they reset the appointmentHe then tells me I need to start over and they can come in two weeks, I ask him why his customer service skills are so bad and he hangs up on meI call back to talk to Larry "the owner" and he immediately starts screaming at me and telling me he is calling the police on meI am years in customer service and this is the worst I have ever seenI expect there are others out there to deal with these guys in this wayIf I can assist one customer to not deal with these guys, this time was well spent

My Samsung microwave broke down(Door switch, SEC error code) and Mr.appliance technician showed up and informed me that I have to pay for replacing the door switch and SEC error code will be covered by Samsung.
Technician was professional and fixed both the issues.
After couple of weeks, someone from My.appliance calls back saying that I have to pay for the SEC repair. When I informed him above it covered by Samsung, he got nasty and
started using foul language.

I should have bought a new one instead of going through all the hassle.
I would say they are bunch of thugs trying to trick you.. Please stay away.

On Jan 6 2017 the tech came out to see why my dishwasher wasn't working properly he installed a new door switch. After I paid $270.82 he left, and the dishwasher still had the same problem. I called to have them come back, and now they say the switch is good, but the main control needs to be replaced and that is an additional $207.97, making the total over $478, more then the cost of a new dishwasher. This should have been diagnosed at the time of the first service call and there is no reason for me to pay both charges. The right thing for Mr Appliance to do, is credit the $270 and charge me the $207. $270 for a $5 part is excessive. This company cannot decide what to do, so they offered to refund me, take out the switch and call it a day. I just want my machine fixed at a fair price, and this is no where near fair.
