Mr Appliance of Olympia- Shady and unethical. They charged $130 for a quote. I told the tech I did not feel comfortable paying that when no work was done and I did not want to proceed with their service. The tech said that was ok and he would waive it. Now they are calling trying to collect and threatening to take me to collections. I paid the $130 out of fear of having collections hurt my credit score. I would like my money back and their Revdex.com rating to be lowered.

When Mr *** booked his appointment online, our website specifically tells him that he will be given a quote for repairs. If he declines the repairs, he will be charged our service call of $119.00 plus tax. Mr. told our technician that he wasn't going to pay for the service call, he told the office over the phone that he wasn't going to pay the service call. He only acquiesced when he was notified that we were sending him to collections for the unpaid balance. He mailed a check for his service call but continues to call the office and leave negative reviews wherever he can. He said we did not give him a quote, but his quote is clearly listed at the bottom of his receipt. I am attaching his receipt, the email confirming his appointment that he booked online, the website page that clearly shows the service call at the time of booking, and the transcript of the phone call with Kevin, where he states that "he doesn't do business that way" before he hung up. He quotes a $80 service call and states that the technician told him that he would waive the fee. Our technicians do not have the authority, and that statement directly contradicts the technicians notes within Mr. work order. Our service fee has never been $80.00.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not book the appointment online. I booked over the phone, and the company is refusing to provide the original call transcripts. The attachments the business provided does not show anything. You can see in the invoice I did not sign it.
