Mr. Appliance of South Louisville

I contacted MrAppliance on Monday August 24th concerning service for my oven I was told that there would be availability on Wednesday August 26th I was then told to look for an email with the appointment time on the 26th I received an email stating that a service rep would be available between the hours of pm - pm, and that the rep would call me minutes prior to arrival No call was received, so I called MrAppliance at 6:pm I was informed by MrAppliance that the service rep was stuck in Shepardsville, KY and would not be able to make it I asked why I had not received a call if they knew he was stuck, and was not provided an answer I asked if they would compensate my time and come out the next morning for a reduced rate and MrAppliance declined No call when they were not going to show up and not considerate of a customers time
