I contracted MrAppliance to send a technician to my condo to give me a diagnostic quote for a repairBecause my washer/dryer unit was a stackable, the woman technician who arrived said she was not able to access the dryer unit and offered no service She essentially left me a voicemail with a laundry list of items of what my issue could be but no service was performed or actual quote given for repairAll for nothing, I was then charged their regular $service charge and told it would be $to have two technicians go to the unit and move the dryer so that it could be accessedWhen I set up the service call, I informed them of the dryer type and that it was a stackableTo have a woman technician go out and then not be able to provide a reasonable diagnosis and still turn around and charge me $it a rip off and totally unacceptableShe told me nothing that I had not already looked up on the InternetAdditional

We used to MrAppliance when we had an issue with our ovenThey diagnosed it and came back to repair itA few weeks later we started getting the same error code that we had originally and called themSince we were just a couple days over our week (I believe) period they were going to tell us we had to buy a new part as the part they put in must have been defective and pay for the labor involvedWe explained that is not fair and they replaced it againA few weeks goes by and the error code comes up againWe call and ask them to come back and put our original part in, that we kept, and refund us as they obviously misdiagnosed itThe manager is very rude and takes absolutely no blame or responsiblity for this and offers no help with thisWe are left with $less than we had and a broken oven stillThis business and the people that run it are unprofessional and it is obvious that the innocent repair men have this issue often as they are typically the bearers of bad news
