Mr. Appliance of Stroudsburg

I purchased a washer and dryer from lowes may 2013 my dryer needed repair and I called for service with my extended warranty and they had mr appliance call me to set up service apt. they came on january 26 and I am still waiting to have it fixed I was told the part was on back order and every week when I call they tell me the part will be in but it never comes, today I was told it will be in today hopefully this is true I called lowes a few times they were no help and how dare they use a service company with a rating from Revdex.com as a F to service our appliances

The receptionist, Bonnie, is very unprofessional and rude. My part was on back order, told it should be in by Fri and a tech would be out Mon or Tues. Called Mon and told I couldn't be "fit in" until the following Mon. No, apologies and no consideration for the extended time. She doesn't possess the skills needed to serve the public appropriately! A small business with small minds.
