Our home warranty company gave us the name of MrAppliance They require a rather large window of time to show up They showed up in that window THE FIRST TIME only They said they needed to fix the part for our stove Fair enough I asked if they could show up first thing in the morning next time because I see patients They promised they would, but ended up showing nearly two hours late After they worker replaced the part, he said he was all done and as he went to demonstrate that the part worked, it stopped working He spent even more time on the phone to his own technical support and I finally had to kick him out of the house and make another appointment (which would cost me even more money because I would have to take even more time off of work) A week or two later they said the part had come in from the home warranty company and lets schedule another appointment The appointment was made for three or four days later The morning of the appointment they claimed the part had JUST come in and they had JUST looked at it and it was too old to be used effectively They turned the situation back over to the home warranty company and "closed out the case." MrAppliance is awful, lazy, uncommunicative and will absolutely not respect your time And to make matters worse they will even try to claim they have fixed something when they haven't What a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't use them
