Complaint[redacted]/franchise promised refund on motherboard purchase if that didn't fix prob. just give motherboard back. he doesn't return calls/emails.[redacted]/franchise owner was at my home a minimum of three times to repair my refrigerator. He used a shotgun approach the 2nd or third time and started replacing all kinds of parts. One being the motherboard which is expensive. The current one was working, but he said an upgraded one was needed. If replacement of the motherboard didn't fix the problem [redacted] said he would come back to get new motherboard and put the old one back in (he had me save the old one and the box/paperwork for the new one) and give me a refund. None of the repairs fixed the refrigerator. [redacted] does not return my calls or emails.Desired Settlement[redacted] needs to pick up the new motherboard and refund the purchase price of that unnecessary "repair". He needs to honor his promise.Business Response /[redacted]/I tried repair REFRI. But did not solve problem. So I refund money for part cost And I got part back. CUST. Bought new REFRI.
