I have used Mr. Appliance of Franklin, TN several times and up to now have been happy with them. But now they have changed the door latch on my dishwasher for the third time and charge me almost $230 yet again stating that the warranty is only good back to the FIRST time in Jan 2015 and the replacement in Aug of 2015 is of no matter. I will no longer use them since they offered only to come take the part out and leave me hanging., I could have bought a new dishwasher for what they have charged me.
