Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, The response has only half truths The first ice maker installed never made any ice Thus, they thought it must be a problem with the wiring harness and they ordered a new one When the second technican showed up he had a new ice maker, but no harness I callled the office and she then called the technician on his cell phone He said " LET ME GO SEE WHAT I HAVE IN MY TRUCK" I said I have waited two weeks for this special order harness and you said let me see what I have in my truck? The second technician is the only one of the three technicinans who took the door off of the freezer to fix the icemaker He then put the door on crooked and I asked him to correct it He became irritated, but he took the door back off and finaly put it on straight I mentioned that the other technican did not have to remove the door He became angrier The icemaker made one tray of ice, but never made any more I called to complain and they said they were working on it Fourtiantly they found a better service company who came out, replaced the ice maker without taking off the door, and after almost two months my problem is solved I do not need any more contactas People should be aware the MrAPPLIANCE, is not a company that does not show up on time, they do not fix a simple ice maker, and they really left me with the impression they really do not know what tyey are doing Replacing an ice maker is about as simple of a repair call that could be made No more communication is needed another repair person took care of the problem[redacted]

maker, a few days after [redacted] called and said that the ice maker made ice then stop producing ice, very seldom we received defective parts, we place an order for a second ice make and ice maker wire harness, the harness was special order. On Sep 18th a tech was sent to install the new parts, due to the attitude and behavior [redacted] displayed towards the technician at the time of service, we requested the extended warranty company to assign a different service provider.  In conclusion, Mr. Appliance is no longer responsible for the repair of [redacted] refrigerator, upon our request; the extended warranty company assigned another service provider to assist [redacted] with his refrigerator issue.If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to contact us at [redacted] or email at [redacted]Best regards[redacted]
