This company engages in unethical practices regarding deposits for anticipated work. My suggestion is the avoid using them.

Review: This company was called to repair my dryer by a company (All County Great Bay which I will also be reviewing soon). The major complaint of the issue was the dryer was ripping clothes. They came in fixed both washer n dryer and gave a 90 day warranty for the work performed. This warranty is set to expire on 10/*/15. Tenants called again with the exact same issue: dryer is ripping clothes again. I call them since I am still under warranty and a VERY rude lady tells me she'll send someone over and of course they say 'this is a different problem so its not covered'. I explained to her that is the exact same problem as the last time. She tells me that the person who called her (All County) never told her about this machine ripping clothes so now they wont honor their warranty. I need to call another company to fix this asap but would like at least half of my money backDesired Settlement: Since I had to call another company to work on the machine that this company gave a 90 day warranty for, I would like at least half of my money back

Review: WE HAVE PAID MONTHLY PREMIUM TO HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT ON OUR REFRID=GERATOR FOR YEARS AND NEVER USED IT. OUR ICE MAKER STOPPED MAKING ICE AND THE WATER LINE LOOKED FROZEN APPROX. 3 WEEKS AGO. WE CALLED THE NUMBER OF OUR SERVICE CONTRACT AND WAS ROUTED TO MR. APPLIANCE. WE WAITED 4 DAYS FOR A CLL BACK AND THEN WAS TOLD WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR THE SERVICE CALL TOTALLY MESSING UP MY SONS GRADUATION PARTY AND TH 45 GUESTS WE WERE HAVING AND NEEDED TO PROVIDE ICE FOR. WHEN THE SERVICE MAN FROM MR. APPLIANCE CAME HE DID NOT HAVE ANY PARTS AND HAD TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT FOR JULY 17. WE ASKED FOR AN EARLY APPOINTMENT. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. WE DID THE DAY BEFORE AND WERE TOLD THEY WOULD COME BUT COULD NOT COME EARLY BECASUE THE SERVICE MAN LIVES IN POINT PLEASANT AND HAD 3 MORNING APPOINTMENTS FOR THAT AREA. THEY AID THEY COULD COME BETWEEN 1 & 5. WELL FIVE OCLOCK CAME AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. WE CALLED R. APPLIANCE 4 TIMES GOT 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND WERE TOLD THEY WOULD CALL BACK AFTER TALKING TO THE SERIVE MAN. IT IS NOW 6:40 AND NO ONE HAS CALLED OR HAS COME. MY HUSBAND TOOK A DAY OFF WORK TO BE HOME.. I SPENT THEY DAY WITH MY FATHER RECENTLY RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL ALL DAY WITH DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS. I WILL BE CANCELING MY SEVICE CONTRACT AND WARN ANYONE TO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY OR RESEARCH TO SEE IF THEY OPERATE UNDER OTHER NAMES....Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE OUR APPLIANCE FIXED AND WOULD APPRECIATE A REFUND OF SOME SORT FOR THE FEES THAT WE HAVE PAID FAITHFULLY EACH MONTH IN EXCHANGE FOR LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE THE VERY FIRST TIME WE GO TO USE IT.

Review: Hire Mr, Appliance to fix a washing machine. First visit they could not fix it because the needed to order a part. The second visit the fixed the original problem but left a broken lid and place the unit where the dryer door could not be open, the third visit to fix the lid, they did not have the right part, they did not plug the unit back in and once it was plugged in (after having to move the unit again) the washing machine does not go on at all. So far I have paid $386 and after 2 weeks and 3 visits my washing is in worse shape then when I originally called.Desired Settlement: I want them to send someone that knows what they doing to fix all the problems and leave my washing machine running the right way or I want them to refund my money if this does not get fixed.

This customer called to voice her complaint on Saturday, May 18, at which time we were closed for the weekend. When we reopened on Monday, she was contacted and the issue was resolved to her satisfaction. Thank you.

Review: I have a broken dishwasher. They came out to fix the washer first and told me they needed to come back for dishwasher because they didn't have the part. They would charge me $80 + dollars for visit and take it off when they came back for the dishwasher. Ok, visit 1. Washer leaked before they even got the part for dishwasher. Visit 2. Visit 3..the tech was "having a very bad day" and tore the linoleum on my floor while getting the dishwasher out. He also tore off and discarded the green felt insulation on my dishwasher. Could not fix the dishwasher and didn't know why. He called a senior tech and still no resolve. He returned the next day, visit 5 and still did not fix the washer. That was Justine. The senior tech that came out the next time was Frankie. Very nice on the phone, I was not home, my Son handled the visit. The tech claimed it was fixed , but it does not drain after a wash cycle is completed. I called again. That was visit 6. The next senior tech came, Joe, and claims that he did a diagnostic on the machine and it was perfect. He claimed it was done 5 times and it works. That was visit 7. I came home, since I was once again unavailable for the visit, to find that it still does not drain. I called the office, and now they act like I'm crazy, to complain, again...."We will have one of the techs call you Mam"....I have yet to receive a phone call.

I almost forgot. After I called to complain about the dishwasher not working after the 3rd visit, I mentioned the fact that the tech tore the linoleum on the floor. The girl told me that the tech said that it was "only the size of an apple phone". I guess that means I should not have complained at all and after much complaint, they agreed to credit me $50 dollars for my floor.

Now I still have a broken dishwasher, torn linoleum on my floor and I'm still out $200+.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and money to replace the linoleum in my floor. I think that the dishwasher will not be able to be repaired.
