I reject their response, as they did not specify anything about the vehicle having Bluetooth capabilityThey advertised it as having Bluetooth already, and did not say anything about needing to have the manufacturer install other components in order to obtain functionality

took delivery of the vehicle for which he made the down payment on.  [redacted] was pre-approved for the loan and took delivery of the vehicle.  Since Mr. [redacted] quit his job less than two weeks prior to the sale of the vehicle, the banks underwriting department didn't immediately realize the fraud being committed.  This ultimately resulted in a repossession of the vehicle which Mr. [redacted] agreed to voluntarily relinquish with the understanding that MR Auto Sales as well as the lender [redacted] Financial did not pursue legal action against Mr. [redacted].  Please call me directly if I can be of any further assistance in this matter.  Thank you.
