Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Mr. Auto Trim Auto Glass & Upholstery regarding complaint ID [redacted].I did drop by and got NYPD involved again and Mr. Auto Trim Glass ([redacted]) continues to be pig headed about the situation. This man has no business etiquette which indicates to me that this is habitual of him and his team. They are very unethical in doing business and someone needs to make it know to the general public on the whole.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Identified in the contractual agreement between Mr. Auto Trim ([redacted]) and myself dated July **, 2014 in the presence of my lady for the repair and replacement of the interior upholstery (seats, door panel, arm rest, visor), carpeting, and convertible top replacement for my 1964 Buick Skylark Convertible. (Colors- Yellow convertible top; Yellow and Black seats (2 front bucket seats and 1 bench back seat), Black carpet in the car excluding the trunk, Black door panels. Black visors and Arm rest. This agreed price $3,800 which to me included the tax identified refer to attachments. On July **, 2014 passed by Mr Auto Trim business place he indicated the seats were already made, upon review of the seats indicated that the back seat should mimic the front seat with the yellow inserts. [redacted] indicated that change would have a cost of $150 to which was agreed bringing the TOTAL BILL TO 3,950. [redacted] was then given a deposit of $1,200. Another deposit of $500 was given on August **, 2014. On September **, 2014 the car was handed over to the business place for the replacement and repairs to be performed. On October *. 2014 another deposit of $400 was given to [redacted] all cash for a TOTAL CASH DEPOSIT OF $2,100 balance owed $1,850. [redacted] was asked how much to replace the windscreen on the car, of which he indicated he would research and let us know. On October *, 2014 [redacted] indicated the windscreen would be $200 ($115 for the glass and $85 for take out and install) we agreed. As a result, of that addition. the TOTAL BALANCE REMAINING- $2,050. On October **, 2014 we were informed of 4 parts needed which were as follows: 1.) the driver seat bottom tracks, 2.) the Belt weather strip for doors, 3.) weather strip for convertible front post and 4.) lights for left and right back quarter panels. We indicated to [redacted] that the lights were brought in with the door panels along with all structure for which he would be repairing and replacing. We purchased the weather strips identified in 2.) and 3.) above and dropped them off to the place of business. We indicated the item 1.) above was too expensive so we'll not get it. The lights were later found by [redacted] and his team. On October **, 2014 [redacted] and his wife presented me with a final bill that indicated a BALANCE OWED of $3,969. My fiancee told [redacted] that she disagreed with the balance because we owed $2,050, not $3,950. We returned to [redacted] place of business on Friday October **, 2014 @ approximately 5:00 p.m and informed him that we need the vehicle, with $2,050 he indicated we can get it on October **, 2014. on October **, 2014 I passed by about 10:30 am and I was told by [redacted] he will call me later in the day he called about 4:00 p.m and left a message that the car is ready. We were in New Jersey and called back that we are in NJ and can come by on Monday October **,2014 which he agreed. On October **, 2014 my fiancee and brother stopped by to perform the review of the vehicle for professionalism, completeness and accuracy of the job performed. There were about 10 areas identified that was either not stapled in properly not carpeted properly or some other defect, and identified to [redacted]. Again we (my fiancee, brother and I) came by the place of business at about 5:15 pm with $2,050 to collect the car. [redacted] refused the payment and to turn the car over. On Wednesday October **, my fiancee and I returned and asked for our cash refund which was returned by [redacted] including a $100 difference on the convertible top (yellow replaced). On October **, 2014 my fiancee, brother and I returned to pay and collect the car,my brother volunteered to pay the bill with his credit card and again [redacted] refused. My fiancee later called for police assistance in which officer [redacted] and [redacted] of the 67th Precinct Badge #[redacted] and #[redacted] respectively responded. All I would like is my car back from [redacted] back and I'm ready, willing and able to pay [redacted] $4,250 for the safe return of my 1964 buick skylark convertible. Refer to ATTACHMENT A (original agreement dated July **, 2014), ATTACHMENT B (obtained on October **, 2014) and ATTACHMENT C (Dated October **, 2014 obtained on October **, 2014) NOTE OUTSTANDING IS FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELTS WHIC [redacted] indicated he would search to find. I have all document to substantiate whats identified as ATTACHMENT A,B, AND C. HOWEVER THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO ATTACHDesired Settlement: My car returned to me based on our agreement with no reckless infringement or damages seen or unforseen, as the car is in working condition. The car would be taken for unforseen diagnosis by a professional within the arena. I would pay the $4,250 upon inspection of the car for seen circumstances. NO SABOTAGE DONE TO THE CAR WHATSOEVER
