Review: I purchased a 2002 SILVERADO from this auto sales. Gave down payment and 1st payment. They were taking a long time to give me the license plates. I went twice and both times they only gave me the cardboard temporary plate. While I was there both times, there were also other customers complaining about the same issue. When I went the for the 3rd time, they told me that they needed to check the GPS on the vehicle and asked for my keys. They said they were looking into the license plates. While I waited, they took the vehicle inside the business and placed other vehicles in back of it. Then the owner or manager came out to me and said they were not going to give me my truck back because I had not made the first payment. At that point I showed him the receipt for the payment I had already made. He was surprised, and he said he was going to call it in and verify. He came back to let me know, he was still not going to give me back the vehicle and for me to take my personal things out. IT WAS ALL A TRICK TO KEEP THE VEHICLE AND ALL THE MONEY I GAVE DOWN ($900.00).Desired Settlement: I would like for my down payment to be refunded. I have all the paperwork to show that I did not default on the agreement. They trick me by saying the GPS needed to be fixed and take away the vehicle. The vehicle was not in my possession more than 60 days.
