We bought two pillows at a Health Fair but found them uncomfortable (one is too big, the others internal material pills up). We were told we could return them by going to their web site. We sent two messages through the website and left two phone calls but have not heard back from them. They use to have a *** page but it no longer exists.

Refund We would like to return the two pillows and get a refund. If they feelone of the pillow may be defective and if they have a smaller size pillow, we would accept an exchange.
This matter was resolved on December 21 2017 when the customer was given a refund. I have forwarded the correspondence for your review.
Our office has moved and your letters obviously were not routed to the new address.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Although I am satisfied with the refund, I would have appreciated that the business take ownership of the issue. I had used their website to communicate with them. If they had changed address, it was their responsibility to ensure their website was updated.
