I made a purchase about approximately one hour after I made the purchase they took the $out of my account already an hour after I made the purchase I cancelled the order it took me nearly a month to get my refund they lied to me and said that the package had already shipped but that was a lie I would not recommend this company at all

I ordered uniforms from French Toast I have multiple complaints about this companyFirst, the items did not arrive in a timely matter as advertised The company advertises on their website and in their order confirmation email that the uniforms take 6-days for embroidery Unfortunately, they then tell you on the phone that it is days for embroidery and that they meant business days (they do not say business days) As a result, my order of July 28th, 2018, did not arrive until August 21, Second, my items came damaged Three shirts had a stain on them They company has thus refused to allow me to return the items Only saying they would exchange them I do not have the ability to wait an additional month for school uniforms The company repeatedly did not allow me to speak to a supervisor They also gave me a UPS tracking number over the phone

On 8/26/18, school uniforms were purchased for my daughter with the embroidery of the school logoDue to the items needing embroidery, the delivery of items was scheduled for weeksOn 9/I received an email stating that my items had been shippedI received my order 9/When I received my order I noticed that every item had been embroidered with an exception of the V-Neck pleated plaid jumperThis item was the last in stock when I placed my orderI contacted the company and informed them of the errorI was told that since the item was no longer in stock, I could send the item back along with the packing slip and state that it needed to be embroideredIt was documented on the account the item needed embroidery and I received a return ship label 9/9/I mailed the jumper along with the packing slip back to the company9/I received an email from the company stating the item had been received and a refund was being processedI immediately called the company to clarify

Rude customer service and not timely with the orders placed when my order was canceled and receiving my payment

I placed an order for my son's school uniforms using the code stated above and realized after placing the order that I had been charged $for shippingI emailed them to get the shipping refunded and they told me my order had to be over $so it did not qualify for the free shippingMy order was $Had I known about the $minimum I simply would have purchased an additional itemThat info was not disclosed anywhere on the adIt is advertisingI email

I ordered uniform pants for my daughter and when they arrived they were too small So I sent them in for an exchange using the exchange form in their package Now they are saying that they don’t actually offer exchanges even though they supplied the form They want to charge me a fee for a return, they don’t know when I will get a refund, and I still don’t have the uniform pants I need This has been an ongoing issue with this company and their customer service sucks They tell you someone will contact you regarding your issue but no one ever does
