I ordered uniform pants for my daughter and when they arrived they were too small So I sent them in for an exchange using the exchange form in their package Now they are saying that they don’t actually offer exchanges even though they supplied the form They want to charge me a fee for a return, they don’t know when I will get a refund, and I still don’t have the uniform pants I need This has been an ongoing issue with this company and their customer service sucks They tell you someone will contact you regarding your issue but no one ever does
On 5/28/I purchased French Toast uniforms online for $ I called [redacted] on and spoke with Customer Service Representative Leigh at 10:am for approximately minutesI called for assistance regarding the multiple pending charges from French Toast on my checking account ($210.95, $and $ 47)The charge for $had been refunded and I wanted and needed access to the $I was told that it should fall off in a day or two, but I could email customer service my bank statement showing the pending transactionsI emailed customer at 11:am on I received a reply email from Temica Winforming me that I'd have to wait to days depending on my bankI spoke with a bank representative on and 06.04.18, stating that I have to wait for the transaction to post and dispute or wait for the merchant to clear it and the pending transaction falls off It's been a week or business days since my funds have been withheld from me and
