Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attentionI have reviewed *** ***'s complaint and it appears that *** *** did not understand our invoice/contract*** ***'s contract with our company was for approximately $32,*** *** financed $12,of the purchase and had a remaining
balance of approximately $20,The $12,is considered paid upon execution of the financing agreementTherefore, the contract only states that the remaining $20,is due before delivery. At the time the contract was entered into we made it clear to *** *** that we would not deliver the goods until the full amount has been paidAfter the contract was entered into, we sent invoices to *** *** for the approximate $7,that remained outstandingWe didn't hear from *** *** for approximately six monthsDuring this time the equipment was in storage, which increases our cost of doing business. We have been in business for over years and the last thing we want to do is upset our customers and we certainly don't want to keep equipment and storage waiting for a customer to complete his paymentBecause we can understand how *** *** might have been confused we have asked *** *** to come to our office next week so that we can work out this dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.sincerely, *** ***

Review: Mr.beauty failed to honor their agrement with me. My paper work clearly state, that after they recieve $20,000 of the total owed on my equipment . my epuipment will be delievered. I paid $25,850 with a balance of $6,000. Yet I have not recieved my equipment. Now they saying I must pay total owed to get my equipment, Yet they will not give me part of my stuff so I can open my new business I started to open up. It's called COLOR ME PINK HAIR AND BEAUTY BOUTIQUE.Desired Settlement: All my money back or deliever my equipment. So I can open up . As of now I am paying rent on a building with no income coming out of it. Please can you guys help me?

Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attention. I have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint and it appears that [redacted] did not understand our invoice/contract. [redacted]'s contract with our company was for approximately $32,000. [redacted] financed $12,000 of the purchase and had a remaining balance of approximately $20,000. The $12,000 is considered paid upon execution of the financing agreement. Therefore, the contract only states that the remaining $20,000 is due before delivery. After the contract was entered into, we sent invoices to [redacted] for the approximate $7,000 that remained outstanding. We didn't hear from [redacted] for approximately six months. During this time the equipment was in storage, which increases our cost of doing business.
