Review: I dropped off 20 pieces of dry cleaning items on 4/5/14 and 1 pair of [redacted] slacks on 4/9/14. When I dropped off my slacks on 4/9/14, [redacted], the owner handed me my black watch that he found from my 4/5/14 order. I picked up my 20 piece order on 4/12/14. When I arrived at home on 4/12/14, I noticed that my black slacks were missing. I returned to with the 4/9/14 receipt in hand. [redacted] took the receipt (under the name of "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]") and my phone number and said he will contact the other customer about my pants. I picked up my normal order on 4/19/14 and asked about the status of my missing pants. [redacted] said "he would do whatever it took to make me happy." I responded that I would like him to find or reimburse me for my pants. [redacted] asked how much I wanted. I informed [redacted] that the Nordstrom pants cost $155. [redacted] said "you can take me to court." [redacted] not only lost my pants but lied about his offer to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $155.00. This is the current cost of the [redacted] pants.
