I am rejecting this response because: I need to see all of the records for this vehicle, state records of vehicle in regards to accidents, carfax as wellAlso, while the document attached was signed, I did question it because I had never had to sign such a document prior when purchasing any vehicle, yet it is standard with this company, which leads me to believe that they are knowingly selling vehicles with airbag issues and this document is to prevent them from being held liable/responsibleThere is no 'trash' talk, just the truth in regards to the junk vehicles you are selling at triple+ what they are actually worth

To whom it may concern,Mr. Bill Motor Co., Ltd., does not commit fraud. We at Mr. Bill Motor Co., Ltd, are held to every letter of the law. Disobeying those laws results in immediate termination.The vehicle sold to the complainant had no frame damage or unibody damage. If the vehicle in question had...

frame or unibody damage our sales representative would have by law had to inform the customer of that fact before they test drove the vehicle. As was stated, this vehicle had no frame or unibody damage.The vehicle has not been involved in any major accident. MBMC has access to Carfax and there is no information reporting any major accidents. Carfax is a company established in 1986 to protect the consumer from buying cars involved in major accidents, salvage title and refurbished titled vehicles. Before 1986 dealers were selling salvage title cars and miles with rolled back odometers. Fortunately Carfax was established and laws were enacted to stop these kinds of businesses from operating.Airbags installed on new vehicles are inconsistent. A bump of 7 miles per hour can cause an airbag to explode and a crash of 40 miles per hour might fail to deploy the airbag. For that very reason several states including the state of TX has formulated a form for the consumer to sign that states that the dealership nor any agent of the dealership makes any representation as to the condition of any airbags. As stated in the form and signed by the consumer, Dealer/Lessor is not engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, or installing airbags or any form of vehicle inflatable occupant restraint system. A copy of this form dated 02/14/2016 and signed by the complainant will be sent with this letter.The customer who filed the complaint is a very good customer. We are sorry that the customer has received false information regarding her vehicle and our company. As stated before, the owner of MBMC has a zero tolerance policy regardingfraudulent activity by any employee of his company. We have helped thousands of Dallas-Ft. Worth customers satisfying their transportation needs for over 20 years. It is our goal to continue to do so in the coming years.We also would like to thank the Revdex.com for doing the work they do to not only help consumers but also the companies that they inform regarding the issues that from time to time arise between buyers/sellers.We thank you for the opportunity to explain our position regarding this misunderstanding. I am rejecting this response because: My credit report stares paid after reposession... that is not the same as indicated in the letter. I'd like Mr Bills Motor Company to remove this completely from my report. There is no balance owed and I simply believe it would be good buisness.
