Dr [redacted] office overcharged and will not make it right I talked to [redacted]
On June 6 2013 I went in for a tooth replacement they put a temp in and it fell out the night and broke the other tooth off. They are in the Network for [redacted] they turned in a claim for 2700.00 Insurance told them the contract amount was 1741.00 before any work was done they charged our credit card 1500.00 as good faith before the insurance paid now the Insurance has paid 1032.00 and they have our 1500.00 but now they want an additional 735.00 Cigna said our portion was 709.00 total yet they have overcharged us to begin with the 1500.00 I have talked to [redacted] and she is rude and hateful said they are not accepting Insurance quote I have talked to her a number of times. Will not let my wife speak to Dr [redacted] My wife had the top and bottom dentures made and it was all covered by insurance I feel [redacted] is jacking up the cost.
