purchased at the time of initial sale.
Client was sold the used unit in October 2014 with last work completed on it was in December of that year.
Red Light Equipment guarantees units to start up and work. However, there was issues with the unit when it arrived at customer location.
Red Light Equipment paid for a local certified service technicians (an outside unbiased 3rd party contractor) to conduct repairs on unit. After two trips in they were able to get unit working and performing to spec. All okay.
No compressor was replaced during the repair process as outlined and invoiced by the certified service technicians.
Red Light Equipment provides a 30 days, parts, no labor warranty as outlined on the customers signed sales order and available via our website at:

"Normal Warranty -
All Equipment is guaranteed to start up and work.
All parts are guaranteed for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Red Light will supply all parts; not responsible for labor.
If customer is not hooking up equipment at the time of delivery,
our office must be notified to adjust warranty.
Refrigeration(Self Contained) - Normal Warranty, plus compressors are guaranteed for 90 days, unless specified the compressor is new, in which case there is a one year manufactures warranty."
Since the compressor was not replaced and no issues arose within 30 days of purchase (or even last work completed) Red Light Equipment is not required by warranty to offer any form of parts replacement or warranty work. In fact, we went above and beyond our warranty by offering labor coverage for initial repairs.
To repeat, We are sorry that our client encountered difficulties with their used product but Red Light Equipment is unable to provide additional warranty work beyond the 30 day Warranty period unless Extended Warranty Coverage is purchased at the time of initial sale.
Please see attached for signed copies of sales order as well as invoice from independent 3rd party certified service technicians that were contracted for initial repairs.

Red Light Equipment still not explains the points that I mention in first letter.
1. Why to hide compressor serious accident history when the company sells the freezer. This will cause a significant impact on customer purchase decision.
2. According to first technician's report, I have to wait the company order a new compressor to proceed with repair, but why does not appear any compressor replacement record.

A compressor will work or not work.
Based on all the backup provided, freezer had no issues noted by the tech. You yourself have indicated that the compressor worked up until May, 5 months after purchase.
If you haven't replaced the compressor yourself, Red Light could look at selling you a new compressor at cost to help you though this.
To directly address the questions:
1) There is no such thing as an accident history report on used restaurant equipment. The equipment was sold as used equipment with a warranty clearly indicated on paperwork provided and that we honored.
2) There is no record of a compressor replacement during our warranty work because the compressor was not replaced. As the certified professional technician said in their tech report attached to the previous response. There was nothing wrong with the compressor at the time.
