Mr. B's Italian Restaurant

I ordered breakfast from Mr. B's. When I received the food, it was not what I ordered. I called right after I opened the product and was told their boss would be calling me back. 7 hours later, when I got out of work, I still had not heard from them so I called again. I got accused of lying and that they would only refund $1 out of the $4 that the bagels cost me (full order cost me $17 and I only spent that much so I could get the bagels and I had to be respectful of a delivery minimum). After the man on the phone I was speaking to was completely rude and disrespectful, I was also hung up on as I was still talking. As someone who works in the hospitality field and has graduated with a degree in hospitality, I know that the way they spoke to me and handled the situation was disrespectful and rude. I had been a customer that ordered from this restaurant 3-4 times a week and I believe I deserved more respect.
