I am rejecting this response because:
When we purchased the pool we were told [redacted] would be installing our pool and provided his contact information. We were not offered a list of available sub-contractors. [redacted]'s work is Mr B's responsibility as it is THEIR...

subcontractor. Furthermore, the store manager told us at the time of we had any issues with [redacted] to "give him a call. [redacted] will see its us calling and get to it". As a consumer- I will admit I should read the fine print. However, [redacted] is presented to the customer as Mr B's installer. Not an independent contractor. If that were the case I would not have waited so long for the pool to be installed. I would have found an independent contractor that could get the job done quickly and correctly. I do not feel this complaint should be removed from the Revdex.com site as it is a good warning for any and all consumers purchasing a pool here about the difficulty of getting a resolution. This complaint was filed while I had a sinking pool and safety hazard standing in my backyard and the owner who advised he would call me back - went out of town for several days. I spoke to both your store manager and a salesperson prior to filing this complaint and advised I would be doing so as I was receiving no communication. I did not receive a call until the following day in regards to resolving the matter. He offered the refund and we accepted but it does not change what we went through to get to this point. We are still dealing with Mr Bs subcontractor to get the refund they promised us for the botched installation. In the interim we had to pay another pool installer to come and correct the gross negligence of their subcontractor. I will agree to close the complaint once we have received the installation refund that [redacted] has promised us. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
