I contacted this company via phone to receive an outgoing auto message requesting to textbor e mail. Many businesses have landlines that you cannot text. She didn't provide an e mail or phone number as per her instruction, although I tried texting the phone number I called. 1 hours later there was no reply and I called after work. The business answered and when I stated what I was hoping for, she snarled that they were sold out for August. Understandable. However, without a call back, I did let her know as maybe she hadn't realized, she didn't include the necessary info on her outbound message and I wasn't sure she received mine. A logical question, right? She didn't say anything and immediately hung up!? I called right back and got the voice mail again. So, I texted her to advise was planning a memorial for my mother in law whom was murdered and also my young brother in law whom died of cancer. She repeatedly text me back woth inappropriate messages and told me she felt attacked? I was simply letting her know that no response didn't indicate to me she couldn't help. For all I know, she never got a message since I had to guess at the phone number to text. She then asked if I worked in 100 degree heat and said..."I did! I am a farmer, not a funeral director"!?!? WOW. I am DISGUSTED that anyone in a business that represents transformation and celebration would condone themselves this way! I had to block her number.
We recently had a funeral for my mother-in-law and it was suggested to me 'how nice it would be to release butterflies at the funeral" as that person heard about this being done recently I had no idea this was even possible I got on the internet and came across this sight first, called, and set everything up, days before the funeral I was very nervous about the shipping, caring for them and the eventual release that they would indeed be alive The Fedx folks kept me informed for days prior as to the expected delivery time, they arrived right when they said they would with directions on how to care for them for the next hrsOn funeral day all were released as a surprise to the attendees, alive, not a single one was dead and they all flew away and it was a beautiful! Everyone was so surprised THANK YOU MrButterflies for making this a wonderful experience!
