Needed lawn tractor tires mounted on rimsMy wife went in after work and was told they were extremely backed upShe was not given the option to leave them and an approximate length of time as to when they could get to themWhen she answered "no" when asked if she had purchased the tires from them, she was told she should take them some place elseWe did (***) and they were ready in less than a dayI have been in the retail/service industry since I am not familiar with this way of doing business but I do know I don't care for it
