We have to use two trucks on a recovery one flatbed and one wheel lift we do not do recovery's with a flat bed for safety reasons that is the reason for the two trucks >The customer drove off the side of the freewayIf the customer would like to learn to drive a tow tuck I am always looking for some oneThank you Sincerely [redacted] ***

Hello to whom it may concern we were called out by California Safety Agency which is security company who was hired by Johnnies burgers located at Valley View StLa PalmaJohnnies Burgers is having issues with the residents/guest from [redacted] *** [redacted] which is the address of Mr [redacted] lives at Security called us out that they had several vehicles that were parked at Johnnies Burgers after business hours Johnnies Burgers closes at p.mand signs are posted at every entrance of the property ( "Customer Parking Only No Parking After Business Hours ") So I think Mr [redacted] should be contacting the security who had his vehicle towed, we were just providing service for the security company who called us out .Tell us why here

First of all this Toyota was towed as a courtesy for *** ***The Toyota camry had a blown motor in it
prior to towing it for free *** *** refused to work on it and had us take it to *** ** *** where the service manager refused to work on the vehicle as wellAgain, as a courtesy we towed the vehicle to *** *** *** where they also refused to work on her car Then again as a courtesy, we towed the vehicle to this womans home where she called the police on my driver for calling one of our smaller trucks to help put the car in her carport safelyWe have done no damage to this vehicleThis lady now calls our business almost every night harassing our employees and threatening them I think she is mentally ill or some sort of extortionistEither way she needs to stop this harassment or we will be forced to seek legal advice

I am willing to give her dollars to just go awayNot a dollar more not a Dollar less

Sorry you feel that wayBut that is simply just not true about running up the bill it is a safety issue and my drivers lives matter to me a lot more then the money you would have saved Maybe next time you will drive safer and you will not be in need of a tow truckYou should be thankful you made it off the freeway that day a lot of people do not that is how come safety is my number one priority. *** *** My vehicle is a *** Ridgeline, Sliver, Plate number ***It was towed on Sunday, Jan 7th, at around 3-pmI know the time, because we went to get lunch at around 2:15, and went to leave at 4, and it had been towed by then.
If you look at the attached pictures you can see that nowhere was it posted that the spot I was in (the empty on in the pictures) was a tow-away spotAnd the spot directly to the left is marked as "Guest Parking Only"There is a faded "Office Only" in front of the spot on the ground, but it's not marked anywhere else that's visible, and it was Sunday afternoon, when the office was closedI was given no warning or notification, and I've looked around the entrance to the park, and nowhere did I see that that spot is a tow-away zone
