Good morning;the customer was very satisfied when she took delivery of the vehicle, she contacted us for three times and she was provided with the services to fix the minor repairs that the car neededShe also purchased a two year extended warranty? Thank she contacted us with a noise concern ? that she hears, she was instructed to ? take the car to any mechanical shop or the dealership and she did.? She brought the repair paper and everything was done and claimed to the extended warranty at no charge to the customer.? We had paid the *** *** to *** Credit and also we reimburse the customer as agreedThe delay in payment was caused due to a signature in the odometer disclousure that the bank required before receiving the FINAL payment.Fiinal payment (pay off) was received by *** Financial Credit

Its been a year and I gave them ample opportunity to fix the issuesIn DEC I purchased a Lexus rxfrom this dealerAfter the test drive I said I liked the car and would buy it if the check engine light and squeaking in engine would be fixedA few days alter I was told the issue had been fixed so went to sign the papers and take ownership of itWhile driving home the check engine light came onI called and told them of it and they said to bring it inUnfortunately the car lost power and I was stuckAfter getting it towed to a shop which the also own they said they had fixed it and again I returned to get itThat lasted about a week or two till it died again this time was a transmission issueI was told it was days and a thousand miles so it was my responsibility to get it towed miles to the shop because they already had to much money into itOK $later it was the shop againafter a week I was told once again it was fixed so again I returned to get itWell not even a week later the car was doing the same thing so I called my warranty program to find another shop but I had to return to the same placeI took it to a shop locally and got a diagnostic of no transmission work had been done and I should complainI am not the complaint type so I let it go and rode it for a whileThe weather changed so A/C was needed and surprise that did not worki took it to their shop to get it fixed and again check why the engine was not working correctlyThey did a bunch of work applied it to my warranty and I payed $out of pocketWhile driving home two days later after I picked it up from said shop the ac fan just stoppedI was so extremely upset and out of patience so I gave up on the idea of having a working carFast forward to this weekMy engine is worse than ever a/c doesn't work and so I call PWI warranty to find a different shop and they say to me I already got the transmission fixed and need to take it back to same shop??? I never authorized this so clearly the dealer put through a bogus claim on my behalf and kept the money without fixing itI have called and emailed with no response so I will loose my hard earned money because of a scam these people pulled on meFeel free to contact me because I have all the email and text records to back up my claimsWhat could be done? I dont know because anyway I look at it I was duped but never againThanks MR Car!

how much for the labor rate and how much she was going to be responsible for before dropping off the vehicle or getting this work outShe had an excellent warranty which will cover one hundred percent Parts and Labor with only $deducible on a rate of $per mechanical hour labor rate. The dealership that she Took it to charges $which made her liable for the price difference but this could have been worked out for such a expensive repair. I am rejecting this response because:? My vehicle is not fixed yet.? I did as they told me to take the vehicle to a Nissan body shop, since their mechanic could not find what was wrong or correct the problem.? When I gave them the Nissan mechanic's results, which they did not reimburse me for the estimate, they fixed some of the things the Nissan mechanic recommended but not all, because the cracking noise persist, every time I make a turn the problem is there.? ? When Diego B[redacted] saw that I had complained to the Revdex.com, he told me "how do you except me to help you now, if you have placed a complaint on me?" then he refused to take my calls and return our messages.? so far, I've made every single payment on a car I'm afraid to drive, and it does not sound safe at all.? I would love a full refund, and I will gladly return the vehicleTwo weeks after purchasing the vehicle the problem started and eight months later they have not been able to fix it.? I am very dissatisfied.?

Review: On February 15 2013 me and my newly wed wife went to Mr Car LLC. [redacted] MD [redacted]. There we purchase a 2004 GMC Yukon XL for the amount of $13913.27 which $10413.27 was financed by [redacted].

I put $2500.00 cash for the down payment ,the car dealership made me sign a $1000.00 promissory note for tag and title, which they said we have 60 days to pay. I was unable to get my temporary tag from the car dealership because I owe MVA unpaid tickets from my previous marriage that I was unaware of, so just as I was about to leave they ask me under who's name is the vehicle I was driving so I told them is under my company's name, “they said GREAT “ come back in we can use that.

So I asked the car dealer that by me owing the MVA $900.00 to register the truck and owing them $1000.00 for tags and title within 60 days maybe too much on me, with my house rent and the truck note of $425 monthly to [redacted] and my other expenses, they said no problem just let them know if we needed more time,so the deal was made.

Now here is the KICKER !!!!!!!

We call the dealer and ask them for an extension ,they flat out refused and told us that people that don't pay on time doesn't deserve a vehicle, and that they wanted it back and they would actually cancel my contract with or without my permission, but I was current on my car note which you can check and I have all my receipts.....for the last three weeks I noticed that I wasn't receiving any mail until one day my daughter stayed home from school got the mail from the mail man and WOW another title of the vehicle was sent to my house that I didn't request so I went to the MVA and I was told that the car dealership or [redacted] ordered a reprint of the lean release which automatically sends a duplicate title, I called [redacted] and I was told that they didn't order it!!! Now I know where all my mail was going, the car dealership was taking all my mail trying to intercept the title.

I got legal advice and proceeded to get a peace order against the dealer to stay off my property. So I called [redacted] and I was told that the dealership can't take my vehicle because we have a contract and they will note my account. Only to wake up on the 17 of May 2013 with Mr.Car LLC inside my yard with a tow truck taking my vehicle with a repossess letter and full ownership of the vehicle.

So I called [redacted] only for them to tell me that they reassigned my truck that I had been currently up to date with payments on, because MR CAR LLC told them I gave them a bad check!!!!!!! what a joke I paid them in cash an I have all off my receipts I requested for [redacted] to send me proof of a bad check as of today no response,please help me to get my money back I worked very hard for it ,,,They even went as far as putting a illegal repossession on my CREDIT ..PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER.Desired Settlement: RETURN DOWN PAYMENT
