These guys never show up on time, or at allNothing is completed and what has been done either wasn't what we agreed to or was [redacted] The salesman [redacted] is an [redacted] and thinks he knows everything (which he doesn'tThe term "overgrown child" comes to mindAnd he wouldn't leave our houseHe kept whining about his ex-girlfriendSo awkwardHe said the engineer was wrong, and they went ahead a poured the gunite exactly how the engineer said not to do it Now we have to have the whole thing dig up and have to start all over The only thing these people do well, is ask for money, and nothing else After I gave them the first check they didn't even pay the Sub GOOD NEWS! is I WON the CSLB claim against Mr [redacted] So I wouldn't sign a contract with them just yet.....because if they don't pay up, their license will be suspendedBelow I attached the all the work that the CSLB has proved to be substandard The CSLB hearing was actually quite comicalTo start off [redacted] brought in everyone, and I do mean everyone, even his whinny man-child of a son that had allegedly been fired according to [redacted] The room was filled with everyone from [redacted] to the lowest man on the poleOn my side.....just meWhere most people would have been intimidated by the 30-1, this actually made me strongerHe needed an army to defend him and his crappy workAll I needed was myself and the truth Beginning, the first words out of [redacted] mouth were a lie!
