our store terms and conditions which is state on the back for the purchase order. He understood it and made his final decision and left a deposit on 4-**-2016. He sign the “used vehicle order” which state that he had “read and agree to terms and conditions on the back of this page”. On 4-**-2016 he returned and stated than he does not want the car and demanded his deposit back in a very threatening way. I simply explain to him again about our store terms and conditions in which he acknowledge and sign for. In conclusion, his deposit will be held as store credit as it was clearly stated in our terms and conditions. Thank You

In regards to this Complaint ID# [redacted] customer Ramon P[redacted] places a $300 non-refundable deposit on a 2010 BMW 550 GT VIN# [redacted]. A receipt was given to [redacted] in which he agrees to all terms and condition and signed. It clearly stated that “NO REFUND FOR ALL DEPOSIT” in bold. The...

$300 deposit will be kept as store credit and he can use it for future purchase. We have never call or told the customer that there is any repair in fact the car is in perfect condition. The truth is that customer insurance price was too high and he decides to back out the deal. Please kindly look into all supporting documents attach. Please do understand this is a store policy and it is clearly stated on the invoice and also in our store.
