the cleaning to be complete or come back upon completion to double check everything and let us know themselves how we did, or if there was anything that they wanted us to touch up before we leave. They didn't want to wait for us to finish so they signed our disclaimer, made the payment, and left for the day. The next day Sunday they went back to the house and called us to let us know that they have found a couple areas that they wanted touched up before the final inspection. We returned and fixed the areas that we had over looked. Their inspection was scheduled for Monday morning at 9am. I received a call from the home owners at 9:14 saying that the house completely failed its inspection. I was baffled that a four bedroom house that used to be six bedrooms, two living rooms, two dining rooms, extra large laundry room, kitchen and 2.5 bath house was inspected so quickly. When I took 14 hours to clean. They told us the house was inspected by one of their friends and that their friend would not fail them on purpose. They then demanded a complete refund. Although they signed our disclaimer which clearly states that we don't offer a refund but we will return at no cost to re clean any areas that did not pass inspection. I was informed by the home owner that he did not want us to return to fix any of the issues. He just wanted a refund. We asked for a list from the inspector, of the areas that didn't pass inspection. The home owners forwarded an email from their friend that did the inspection. We then told them even if we offered a refund we could not offer them a full refund because there was not enough issues listed in the email. We informed them that we needed a professional email with the inspectors businesses letter head, not a personal email. They forwarded the letter head document to me. The document we received was not professional it was still sent from a person email, and there was spelling, and grammatical errors. The email also repeated items. The Co-owner of this company is Active Duty Military so we definitely do not take advantage of The Armed Forces. When we called housing all they said was we needed to be licensed and insured to be able to clean on Base. Which we are and we have documents to prove that we are. We apologize that they were not satisfied with the services provided. But they signed our disclaimer which clearly states that we don't not offer refunds. And they also declined us returning at no cost to correct the deficiencies.
